Product Overview
Zebra ZeroLiner 2000D (Part No: ZIPZLM3016410) continuous linerless labels are designed for efficient, eco-friendly mobile and desktop label printing. Because linerless rolls eliminate the standard silicone backing paper, they reduce operational waste and yield up to 33% more labels per roll compared to traditional lined media.
Featuring a premium top-coated direct thermal paper surface with a silicone release layer and permanent acrylic adhesive, these 76 mm wide continuous rolls allow you to print variable-length labels on demand without changing media sizes.

-
Zero Backing Waste: No silicone backing paper to discard, reducing environmental footprint and workplace slips or trip hazards.
-
Variable Length Printing: Print labels to the exact length required for each job, saving media costs.
-
More Labels Per Roll: Eliminating the backing paper allows more paper per roll, resulting in fewer roll changes and improved uptime.
-
Smear & Scratch Resistance: Top-coated paper provides crisp, high-contrast barcode printing with enhanced durability against smudging.
Note: Linerless media requires a printer specifically configured with a non-stick linerless platen roller to prevent adhesive buildup.
