The BIXOLON RBC-100 is a professional-grade external printer buzzer designed to provide clear, audible alerts in busy or high-noise environments. Primarily used in professional kitchens and high-traffic retail areas, it notifies staff the moment a new order or receipt is printed, ensuring no transaction goes unnoticed.

Key Features

  • Loud Audible Alerts: Engineered to cut through the background noise of commercial kitchens and busy storefronts.

  • Plug-and-Play Setup: Features a built-in RJ11 connector (approx. 4 inches long) that plugs directly into the standard 6-pin Drawer Kick (DK) port on the back of compatible BIXOLON printers.

  • Compact & Discreeet: Designed with a small footprint to fit onto crowded workstations without obstructing operations.

  • Versatile Mounting: Can be easily attached to the side of the printer or a nearby surface.

  • Seamless Integration: Replaces the older BIXOLON RMB-100G model with improved reliability.

Important Installation Note

Please Note: Because the RBC-100 occupies the printer's cash drawer (DK) port, it generally cannot be used simultaneously with a cash drawer on the same printer.

To activate the buzzer, your POS software must be configured to send a "drawer open" signal at the end of each print job.
